One of the basic principles we’ve tried to follow is to limit the information we collect outside of being able to use such information to offer you our services, products, and updates, in which case would be made clear to you prior to us using said information. An example of this would be to process a transaction for an order placed on the website, or to send you content regarding a newsletter you’ve subscribed for by inputting your intended email address.

Quebec provincial law governs the interpretation of this policy and applied to claims for breach of them regardless of conflict of laws principles. Both parties consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in courts sitting in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. Both parties wave all defenses and lack of personal jurisdiction and forum non conveniens.
